And as the light switched on, there was text

Because this is the first post ever, a short hi might be appropiate: Hej, the most know me under my alias Anmaril for my artwork and I intend to upload my general artwork and sketchy stuff also here. I allready do this on tumblr, but bloggers just seemed better to actually talk about it, and now here we are. Take a seat, feel yourself at home.

That image is my first ever digitally painted, a map I originally intend to create just to get a feeling for my wacom tablet and ended three months later. It's kinda funny that I finished my latest work with the exact opposite mindset, not to make it perfect.

I will upload more recent images also today to fill the stuff a bit up.

    PPS: yes, it is based in my novel, but not a part of the plot (yet), but this part of the world had a important role for the history of the humans and I'm unsure if I it will be important again.
